No-Hassle Process
All loans “live-and-die” in what is called your Debt-to-Income ratio. This ratio is based off of your gross income (before taxes). Depending upon the loan program, the ratios allowed will vary. Conventional financing allows a DTI ratio of 49.99%/49.99%. FHA financing allows your ratios go up to 46.99%/55.00% and VA Home Loan Benefits go off of your “residual income”.
